TBZ -The Original unveils its newest book on jewellery buying tips

TBZ Aims at taking customer education programme to broader level

1st June 2009, Mumbai: TBZ – The Original has been pioneers in jewellery business since their inception in 1864. Their contribution to the jewellery business is legendary. TBZ – The Original has always believed in helping customer buy the jewellery by educating them on various aspects of jewellery buying and care to be taken while wearing or handling the jewellery.
In line with their customer education programme TBZ – The Original has introduced a jewellery buying booklet. As a customer centric initiative this book will serve as a guide to customers wanting to buy, preserve, resale and sell their gold and diamond jewellery. There are tips and suggestions for customers which will be useful to them while making decision. These jewellery buying guides are available in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, English, Telugu and Malayalam languages. The book contains information about TBZ – The Original, gold and diamond jewellery buying guidance and comparisons with unorganised jewellers
